MY THOUGHTS:

While I haven’t had the chance to sit down and watch this whole DVD with my boys, what I did see I liked.  It is a brightly animated DVD that is educational, but my boys have no clue!  They love the silly characters and music.  “Sight Words” is all about you guessed it…words.  The characters singed the words and at the same time they appeared on the screen.  The words are pretty simple words and they are all age appropriate for preschoolers.  They explain that “Sight Words” are words that kids should recognize on site.  It is actually a perfect DVD for my boys because they struggle with sentences and word recognition.  So this DVD is great because it really engages my boys and teaches them at the same time.  It also explains how the more you read the better you get!
