I’m Going to Disney Social Media Moms 2012! #DisneySMMoms

Don’t hate me, but I am heading out in April to the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration Conference.  If you haven’t heard all the drama this is a conference where only 150 bloggers were invited to attend.  It actually is more of a brand event since I consider a conference something open to all.  This is the third year and I have been fortunate to attend both previous years.  The first year the conference was invite only but you just had to email someone to get an invite.  I happened to see it in a newsletter and requested one.  Low and behold I got an invite just over a month before the conference!  We had a great time at Disney Social Media Moms 2010!  Then in 2011 the event was again exclusive where at a certain time everyone raced against the clock to register and crossed their fingers that they were accepted.  My family and I again had a great time at Disney Social Media Moms 2011!

So this year invites went out in January and I was not on the list.  I was bummed but since I was fortunate to attend the previous two years I was happy for everyone else.  I followed along on twitter through #DisneySMMoms and Facebook.  Then on Facebook last Thursday one of my friends posted that she just got an invite that went to her spam folder.  So Friday night at 11pm I decided I’d check my spam folder just in case, and buried in my 981 spam emails was a Disney invite!  So this past weekend I have been scrambling like crazy to work on details on where we will stay, since we are stayed past the conference, money and what else we will do there.  I was so excited I was up until 5am wired with thoughts!

I will definitely be sharing everything I learn and experience when we get back though!

So even though we have been to Disney World before, I am looking for ideas/suggestions/anything we should check out!?
