MY THOUGHTS:

I have a few WOW Toys for my sons and I will say they are definitely meant to be played with!  With two active and rough-on-toys boys, their WOW Toys have passed the tests.  My absolute favorite feature though is that they don’t require batteries!  Right out of the box the toys are ready to go!

Cupcake Chloe is an adorable small playset for kids.  It features one girl figurine, a bike and a bakery with two removeable cupcakes.  You can switch around the cupcakes which then spin around on the bike and bakery top.  My boys (3 and 5) had a blast with it and their little sister is going to have a blast when she is old enough!  They thought it was so funny how the cupcakes spun around and the bakery made a click as you spun it!  I love that there are no batteries required!  So no lights or crazy music, just a simple toy to inspire imagination! The set is big enough for two small children to play with (although you may want to add another figurine) as one can play with the bike and the other can work the bakery!  The toys are tough plastic and so bright and colorful they just scream “play with me!”
