Okay so yes Fiber is not something that any of us want to talk about, but really we all need it. I used to think Fiber was something that tasted like trees and old people ate. I never realized the importance of it or that it could actually taste good!
Fiber One is a cereal line from General Mills that has a new flavor out called Fiber One Nutty Clusters & Almonds. It is the perfect combination of crunch and sweetness, with of course the fiber we all need!

I put Fiber One Nutty Clusters & Almonds in our cabinet and surprisingly my husband ate it without question. I think the nuts and almonds in it really makes it pop, or shall I shall crunch! I hate soggy cereal so this cereal is perfect for me. I admit too I am loving that I can eat fiber and whole grains in a way that doesn’t make me feel like I need it! I would never have thought about nuts in my cereal either, so bravo Fiber One for thinking of that perfect combination! Starting the day with almost half of your fiber and whole grains requirements too makes me feel like I already tackled something for the day! You really have to try to it as I cannot explain that it really does taste good!

I try to eat more fruits and vegetables everyday! My Son told us Kale is very good for you and we have it every night in a salad

Fiber's a tough one but I do try and excercise more and drink more water.
I take a fiber supplement and eat fiber one bars
