Lunchtime in my house is crazy. I have one son getting off the bus from morning kindergarten and I have another getting on the bus for afternoon preschool. Oh and this is usually the time Olivia is getting up from her nap. I find myself starving usually and not in the mood to cook a lunch. I don’t have time (or energy) either to run out then and get fast food, especially when I have to drag two kids with me.

I especially love the long shelf life as I don’t have to worry about freezer burn or expiring in my refrigerator.
