MY THOUGHTS:

When I think of Safety1st, toys is not something that comes to mind.  I am glad though that I got the chance to check this new product out!  At first glance the Cubikals Down on the Farm Playset may seem like just a barn and some blocks but there is more to it.  The set features a good size barn for abuot two children to play with and four Cubikals – farmer, horse, pig and duck.

 The Cubikals are not completely encased but rather open so kids can touch the animal/farmer inside (but not remove them) and a picture on the top featuring something related to the animal/farmer.

You play with this barn just you would any other playset except you use Cubikals instead of figurines.  They stack, fit inside, go up an elevator, swing on a swing, drop inside the hayloft, and go inside the door.  It is a unique toy that my 14 month old and 4 year old had a blast with!  They even found other toys to add to the barn playset.  Everything fits nicely inside and there is a carrying handle to carry it around – those are my two favorite features!  This is a perfect toy for any child, I mean what child doesn’t want a barn and blocks!  It comes with the required batteries, is easy assembly of just a few pieces and is bright and fun!  The only thing I didn’t like is the rooster on the top, it doesn’t snap in so it easily lifts out (making it easy to loose.)
