Okay so to me, donuts make the world go round, hahaha… This book features 150 recipes all about donuts both baked in the oven or fried.  For me I prefer baked, honestly because I am afraid of scalding oil but I had no clue you could “bake” donuts until now.  There are so many yummy sounding recipes in here and most of them are pretty simple and basic.  The book also includes recipes for glazes, fillings and other toppings.  Everything you need to get started making donuts at home is in this book so yes it is for beginners as well as experts since it features so many different recipes.  I can’t wait to try them out with my kids and see if we can save some money since donuts are getting expensive!  Now the only thing that is disappointing about this book is that there are not really pictures, just a few in the middle, but I think it is pretty easy to imagine what these donuts should look like.
