I am always looking for new recipes to try out with my family and slow cooker ones are my new favorite ones. I love being able to toss everything into my slow cooker and spend the rest of the day with my family and catching up on housework and my blog. My kids are especially antsy from 4-5 PM so there is not a lot of time or brain cells left in me to start cooking a good meal. I also love the smell of foods cooking in the crockpot!
This book is a collection of recipes from a bridge group that has been tried and tested. There are 200 recipes featuring recipes from appetizers to entrees to desserts to beverages, all made in the slow cooker! The recipes are not complex and they are ones that I would actually feed my family. The book is hardcover but it is spiral-bound inside that can be held open to easily follow the recipe. While there are not pictures for all the recipes, I found I was able to picture them just fine. My husband actually browsed this book and found so many recipes he wants me to try! It really is an easily to follow cookbook and the recipes all sound delicious!
