This dinner looks extremely delicious. I know I am trying this for a dinner come next week.
This looks quick and easy enough to do with the kids.
I need to make this for my husband. It's a nice change from plain old tacos.
I love the creative use of quesadillas! That's awesome, and I think I might have to go for this one day when I'm craving something hearty!
It definitely is hearty!
