I loved Bejeweled on the computer but since I am on the computer so much for work, I don’t really like playing games on it anymore. Lately I have been all about actual games and being more hands on with my family and husband rather than all of us on our separate technological devices. Yes that is how some of our nights go, I’m on my laptop, my husband is on the iPad, my kids are on the Kindle and Android tablet. I am loving that Bejeweled is creating other versions of their fun puzzle game such as their new Bejeweled Frenzy by Hasbro.

Collapse matching cards and collect gems, and earn bonus points with Boost Gems! When the cards run out, count up points for each card stack and Boost Gem. Whoever has the highest score is the Bejeweled Frenzy winner! Ages 8 and up. For 2 to 4 players.

Bejeweled Frenzy is a card game for 2-4 players where you have to match the jewels on the cards (just like the online game) and you earn points. My husband and played this since our kids are young and honestly we kept on playing it the first time. When I opened it and we tried it out we didn’t have a lot of time but I was curious to try it out. We ended up playing it for a long longer than I had planned! It is pretty addicting and a perfect game to unwind too but still keep your brain sharp. My boys who are only 5 and 6 year old even tried to play with us one night and they were slowly picking it up. It is a great game for them to work on matching, decision making, and even math through scoring the points. Overall, it is a great card game for those looking for something new to play!
