Lassig – Fashionable Diaper Bags {Review}

Since my first child was born six years ago, I have been obssesed with diaper bags.  I feel each one has their pluses and minuses, I am constantly buying new ones.  Well I have just found one that even my neighbor who doesn’t even use a diaper bag loves!

First off I love the bright red color.  Then there is the size of the bag, it is huge but not too huge I don’t want to carry it around.  It has both shoulder straps and a long strap to wear the bag.  There are even hooks to attach to your stroller easily, but I never use those.  Without looking inside this does not look like a diaper bag, which is exaclty what I wanted.  As a first time mom I wanted a diaper bag, now as a mom of three I want to start finding myself again and I want a bag I can use without the kids!

The Tender Brief Bag by Lassig is truly fabulous.  It is roomy inside, can be carried multiple ways, has great accessories included and pockets where I need them.  For me I am constanlty carrying diapers and wipes for my 22 year old, then snacks, sippy cups, toys and extra clothes or coats for my other kids!  I can fit three kids worth of stuff in the bag and still have room but like I said its not overwhelmingly big.  Maybe if it is just me going to meet a friend, it is too big, but I do use it a lot when I am going somewhere and need my laptop.  Yes it fits my MacBook laptop perfectly with room to spare!  My neighbor who doesn’t use a diaper bag was eyeing this bag to use for business.  Without the accesssories of the bottle holder or changing pad, this bag could easily pass as a fabulous big purse!

I have received so many compliments on this bag so far, none of them realizing it was a diaper bag!  Its funny too because I am not usually a big purse kinda girl nor do I really like pockets, but this bag just has everything I need and works for both when I am with the kids and when I’m not.  I actually probably use it more when I’m not with the kids because it fits my laptop.  While this bag is expensive (retail $165) I can definitely see using it for years and it is multi-purpose being that it is good as a diaper bag and a laptop bag!
