K’NEXmen & Super Mario Bros. Wii Figures #knex {Review}

My kids love to build with their K’NEX and blocks, but one thing that makes their creations even more fun is little people.  They love mixing and matching little people to play with in their buildings and of course K’NEX has us covered.  I got the chance to check out some packages of both K’NEXmen and Super Mario Bros. Wii pieces.

K’NEXmen are little guys that come two to a package.  The little packages are less than $4 and you can mix and match the pieces to build different guys.  Now the catch is its a mystery whats inside so yes you could get the same guys in two different packages, but honestly my kids wouldn’t care if we did.  We actually didn’t receive any duplicates out of the three packages we opened.  The guys are small and yes they may come with weapons, one of ours came with a sword, but you can just remove that piece if you don’t want your child playing with it.  Otherwise the pieces are cute and fun with characters from pirates to robbers to race car drivers and astronauts and more.  There are 16 characters total available with 10 different combinations.

The K’NEX Super Mario Bros. Wii pieces are great because they remind me of my childhood.  I honestly took these pieces and have them displayed in my office right now and I let my kids play with them only when they are up there next to me!  They are small little guys that you mix and match to create silly combinations or build them right and display them.  They can be played with too of course!  The bags come with two characters and their pieces but its a mystery whats inside.  Yes you could receive duplicates if you buy two bags, but they are still fun to have and collect.

Overall, I love that K’NEX features these pieces as it gives extra playability to their sets when kids can add people to them.
