Language Stars is currently enrolling for the 2013/2014 Academic Year throughout its current 15 locations in the Chicago area (including a new N. Wrigleyville center.)  If you have never heard of Languauge Stars, they are a play-driven foreign language class for kids between the ages of 1 and 10 years old.  The classes use a high-energy, FunImmersion method of instruction where students learn a foreign language through games, art projects, music and more!

Languages available are:

• Spanish
• French
• German
• Italian
• Mandarin

The programs are designed to be flexible and fun for kids and kids can join at any time of the year, so you don’t have to worry about missing the start of the classes!  For kids ages 1-3 there are Parent and Tot classes and then for ages 3 and up its kids-only.  With Language Stars being around since 1998, they have taught more than 30,000 students in the Chicago and Washington, DC metro areas.  I definitely think they are doing something right with their growth showing off their success.  I know as a parent in today’s world I want my children to be bilingual but I never really thought there was a fun way for young kids to learn other languages.  The classes are affordable too when you think about the benefits of being bilingual!
