Getting “Shaken Not Stirred” With Contigo {Review}

I have been trying so hard to drink more water and one thing has been really helping me is having a good cup.  I tried using sports bottles and glass cups, but the cups I found work the best for me are ones with straws.  A good plastic one is key too as I have already thrown away two cheap plastic ones I had due to cracks in them.  One brand that makes an awesome cup is Contigo.  Not only do they have a good plastic cup but they went the extra step to make it a “shake and go” cup.  What does “shake and go” mean?  Well Shake & Go means you can add in your favorite powder or flavoring, give it a good shake and then drink it through a straw!

Right off the bat I could tell how durable and high quality this cup is.  I can definitely attest to shatter-resistant as well as I have dropped it a few times!  What is really neat though is the whole shake and go feature.  Just toss in your powder or flavoring, twist it closed, and shake.  The valve that you insert the straw through stays closed while your shaking and only opens when you insert a straw through it.  I tested the leak-proof feature too and it is amazing how it stays closed!  No more trying to mix up my water with the straw as I can now get a really good mix going on.
