Dr. Smith’s Diaper Rash Ointment Launch Party #drsmithslaunch

A few weeks ago I received an invite to the launch party for Dr. Smith.  Who is Dr. Smith you may ask?  Dr. Smith’s is actually Dr. Smith’s Diaper Rash Ointment, a product that was invented by a San Antonio pediatrician to solve his young patients’ painful problems down there.  Now as a mom with three I have had my fair share of diaper rashes to take care of and my 2 year old still gets them occasionally.

Dr. Smith’s has slowly been making its way to all nurseries as moms are finding out about the awesomeness of Dr. Smith’s.  Well now with the help of social media and reviews online, Dr. Smith’s is taking over the Internet and the word is spreading.  Until now it has been hard to find in stores but Dr. Smith’s wants to change that.  When the late Dr. Smith created the ointment back in 1963 he dreamed to one day make his product available nationwide and now on its 50th anniversary, that dream is coming true.

To introduce Dr. Smith’s to the Chicago market and it being available at Walgreens, I got the chance to attend a Dr. Smith’s Launch Party here in Chicago.  Not only did I get to talk to some of the great minds behind Dr. Smith’s but I got the chance to rub elbows with no one other than The Rancic’s themselves!  Yes Bill and Guilana Rancic were there to share their own experiences as parents as they are raising 1 year old baby Duke.  It was amazing to meet them, of course I had to get a picture, and hear from real parents who also happen to be celebrities!
