B-Daman Crossfire Break Bomber Battlefield Set {Review}

Disclosure:  I received the product below to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.
I had never heard of B-Daman before but its actually a toy from a cartoon on Saturday mornings.  Leave it to Hasbro to bring the game to life for kids to enjoy!  Honestly B-Daman is pretty dang cool!  I got to check it out recently at a Hasbro lunch I attended and I am so glad I got to check it out in person otherwise I might have walked past it in the store.  The reason I say I would have walked past it is because its a shooting game with little guys and we have so many shooting things to begin with.  This game set kinda reminds me of Hungry Hungry Hippos but of course in an older boy kinda way.  There are a bunch of smaller sets and guys you can purchase but I got to check out the B-Daman Crossfire Break Bomber Battlefield Set.
Players must master power, speed and precision to keep up with the frenetic marble shooting play in the B-DAMAN BREAK BOMBER BATTLEFIELD arena, inspired by the B-DAMAN Season 1 TV series. Players start on opposite sides as they shoot at the rows of blocks in the center of the arena. Blasting away yellow blocks reveal red blocks. The player that blasts three out of five red blocks into the opponents’ territory wins. Set includes one deluxe target play set with 25 blocks, completely enclosed arena walls, two B-DAMAN figures, two B-DAMAN Wide Magazine Accessory pieces and 20 marbles.
First off I will say unpacking this from the box is super simple and no tools are required.  Set-up does take about 5 minutes but it is easy to do and kids shouldn’t have a problem.  Once you snap the pieces are the board, you just drop in the boxes that you need to knock down and load your guys.  Each guy hold a bunch of marbles in their back and you just pull a trigger in their back to shoot.  Honestly I really like this set!  Its a fast paced shooting game and you can change up the rules each time you play.  It really is a fun shooting game and addicting!  Once done just pull everything apart for storage back in the cardboard box.  I do see the box not lasting too long so we will just move it into a plastic container probably from Walmart.  Everything could sit inside a shoebox just about.  You can also customize your guys or add new ones.  My kids had never heard of B-Daman before this so don’t feel like this is a game just for B-Daman fans.  Like I said, I enjoy this game and its a fun little set!
