Did You Know You Can Shop at Kohl’s for This Year’s Hottest Toys? {Review}

Now many people know Kohl’s is the place to go for clothes and housewares, but did you know that they carry all the season’s hottest toys?  Normally the toy department at Kohl’s is a small area in the corner of the store but during the holiday season toys seem to almost take over the store, and honestly I love that.  I love that I can pretty much buy a gift for everyone I need to buy for from Kohl’s.  Whether I need socks and underwear for my husband (yes that is what Santa brings him), a small appliance for my mom, pajamas for my grandma, coffee mug for teachers or toys for my three kids – Kohl’s has everything.  The toys range from babies and up, again something for everyone!

I got the chance to check out 3 of the top 25 dream toys from Kohl’s and they all rock!

This DJ keyboard is seriously amazing!  It is actually so cool I couldn’t even explain it all that I did a video review to really show it off.

This is adorable because it is an airplane set with everything you need to get flying!  With three little Hello Kitty and friends pieces and then tons of little pieces of stuff you’d find on an airplane, you get everything.  I think the only thing missing is it would be nice if there was someway to store all the pieces, rather than just tossing them inside or in a ziploc bag.  I actually didn’t open the little pieces yet because my daughter would put them in her mouth, but it is still a fun set as you can play with the figures inside or actually zoom the airplane around.  It opens and closes easily and is a pretty good size for at least two kids to play with together.  Perfect for any little girl or Hello Kitty fan!

iHome Disney Headphones ($29.99 retail)

These iHome Disney headphones not only give you great “Captain America” style, they also deliver detailed, rich sound with enhanced bass response.

First off, these headphones are so cool looking!  They have cushion for your little ones ears, although don’t think these are just for little kids as I think even teens would like these.  I am loving the cord length of 6 feet as usually cords are so short that my kids get annoyed by them and won’t wear them.  There is even a volume control switch on the cord so your child can easily work the volume if their tablet or MP3 player (or whatever else has a headphone jack) is in their backpack or just not right in their hands.

What I really love about Kohl’s though is that you never really have to pay full retail costs.  There is always a sale at Kohl’s and if you have their credit card you can save even more usually!  So a $60 toy may only cost you $40!  So not only can you buy everything under one roof, you can save a lot of money doing it!
