Springfield Collection Dolls {Review}

Disclosure: I received the product below to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.
My daughter loves dolls, and I mean loves.  She carries at least one around with her at all times, if not a few.  She is definitely a girly girl.  When she was little I used to think about how when she got a little older she would want all the really expensive dolls and accessories.  As a mom of three I can’t really afford though to buy her expensive dolls, especially with how she wants tons of them!  Well Springfield Dolls Collection features a collection of five dolls that get this…they only cost $21.99!  So basically I could buy her all five of those dolls and it would cost the price of one of the more expensive dolls from other brands.
I got the chance to check out the Emma doll and she is adorable!  With long eye lashes and eyes that open and close as you move her and a body that can actually be posed, whats not to love!  She has a smooth vinyl head and soft cloth body, similar I think to other 18 inch dolls.  Yes she is 18 inches as well, not a small doll for the low price!  She is recommended for ages 4 and up but my 2.5 year old loves her and of course drags her everywhere.  The first day I gave it to her she kept hugging her.  I wouldn’t say though she is a babyish doll though, she’d be fine for any doll lover, especially since you can change her clothes and set her up with furniture for more pretend play.  I especially love her hair and it brings me back to when I was a little girl and loved styling my dolls hair.  Also, since she is 18 inches I don’t see why she wouldn’t fit in other doll clothes your child already has for her 18 inch dolls, or maybe this Springfield Collection doll is her first!
The Springfield Collection doesn’t just sell dolls either but they sell all sort of shoes, accessories, outfits,furniture and gift sets.  Everything is affordable as well!  I got the chance to check out an outfit as well and it was easy enough to slip on and off the dolls 18 inch body.
.
Overall, the Springfield Collection is definitely a line to check out if you are looking for an affordable doll.  She is a simple doll but can inspire lots of creativity and pretend play.  Here is just one item I had to share because its so adorable, what a great way to store and carry your child’s doll and accessories!
BUY IT:  Look for Springfield Collection Dolls for just $21.99  at your local Michaels, Jo-Anns, Mardel Christian & Education Stores or AC Moore or check them out online at The Springfield Collection Website.
