My 2 year old would live in the bathtub if I let her, she loves bath time that much. My boys were never big into baths, but my daughter she takes at least one if not 2-3 baths a day. Since she is always in the tub, I am constantly looking for toys to keep her entertained in there. While I have been letting her bring her Mega Bloks blocks in the tub with her, now there is a set especially for the bathtub! The New Mega Bloks First Builders Build ‘n Splash is really the same Mega Bloks your kids are used to, but they come with some cool blocks for water play as well as a basket to hold all the pieces in. For me, I love when bath toys can be suctioned to the tub and easily cleaned up by my child, well I can hope she will clean up right?
Bath time has never been this fun! Build with the stackable friends made for watery adventures with Mega Bloks First Builders Build ‘n Splash. Your child can now build in the bath with First Builders blocks! Use the suction cup to stick the friendly red octopus to the bottom of the tub and stack his fishy friends on top of it to create a fun waterfall for your little one to watch! Pour water on the squid’s head and watch the cascading effect as the starfish spins, the shark dips and the fish catches the water. Combine with other First Builders sets to raise your seaworthy friends out of the water and make your waterfall higher than ever!
When bath time is over, place all of the Build ‘n Splash friends inside the handy draining basket that can stick to any surface thanks to its own suction cup.Ideal for kids ages 1 to 5. Features:
- Stackable underwater friends designed for fun bath time building
- Red octopus, yellow starfish, blue shark, red snapper and purple squid
- Suction cup secures the build to the bottom of the tub
- Handy draining bucket with suction cup for storing all of your Build ‘n Splash friends
- Compatible with all Mega Bloks First Builders sets for bigger builds, longer waterfalls and endless building possibilities

So what did my daughter think of her new bath toy? She loves it! Since I opened up, she has played with it everyday and it constantly surprises her. For example, she didn’t realize at first how she can pour water in pieces and they will move. She has been building up a storm and it is actually quite educational, as she is learning about water pressure and cause/effect. We actually have a table in our tub which she has been using as a building surface but what is great is that the octopus piece can be suctioned to the tub and then you can build upon that. We haven’t had any problems with this set and I would recommend it to anyone looking to spice up their child’s bath, or even encourage them to want to take a bath! Even my boys who are 5 and 7 have joined in the building fun and played with the set, of course bringing in more Mega Bloks that we own to build even bigger sets in the tub.
