Groceries, Housewares, Prescriptions, Check! One-Stop Shopping at Target #TargetSponsored

I have a handful of favorite stores, but only one of them I am guaranteed to stop at at least once a month.  As a mom of three I just don’t have time (or energy) to shop at a few different stores like I used to.  Before kids I’d hit one store for our produce, one for our prescriptions, one for basic grocery essentials, one for special baked goods, and so forth.  It was no big deal back then to hop in and out of the car to pick up what I needed from the various stores.  Then I realized I can get everything I needed from one store, Target!  Groceries, Check, Housewares, Check, Prescriptions, Check!

Now maybe you never really paid attention to the Target Pharmacy, heck I didn’t at first, but it is actually the “Highest in customer satisfaction among mass merchandiser pharmacies by J.D. Power.”  I don’t know about you but I want good customer service when someone is handling my prescriptions.  So not only can I get awesome customer service at Target but it is my new one-stop shopping destination.  I can even drop off prescriptions to be filled, doing my shopping and get a text message when its ready!  No more running around store to store trying to save money, I can now be efficient in one-trip at Target!

In addition to customer satisfaction, here are some more reasons I found to make the switch to Target:

• Flip the Script – Target makes it easy to transfer prescription by doing it in-person, online or via their mobile device.  I am all about using my smartphone/online for everything I can, that way I can do it on my time, rather than when normal business hours are.

• Pharmacy Rewards – automatically receive a 5% off a whole day of shopping (in-store and online) after filling only 5 prescriptions.  I used to get our prescriptions filled at a drugstore and I had to register each family online to qualify for rewards, it wasn’t automatic and honestly I never figured out how to even do it!

• $4 generics – brand name equivalent prescriptions are available for less.  I think most places offer generics for $5, and even though this is only $1 cheaper its still saving money!

• Prevention/Vacciness – you can even get your shots at Target Pharmacy, no appointment required.  I am terrible at remembering to make appointments so I love that if we happen to be at Target when I remember one of us need a flu shot or something, we can just pop over to the pharmacy for it.

• ClearRX – Innovation bottles that are easy to read and use, color coded even so you know which is yours!  My husband and I both have prescriptions, this is nice because I know I am one color and he is the other color, which especially comes in handy when I don’t have my glasses on!

• PetRX – yep even your animals prescriptions can be filled here.  Even though we don’t have pets I wanted to mention about he pet prsectiprions as I know they can be costly and sometimes inconvenient to get, I love how Target makes it easier for fur-baby owners.

I used to get my family’s prescriptions filled at our local drug store, but I never go there unless I need a prescription.  I am now slowly moving our prescriptions over to Target, which only makes sense since I am there so often anyways!
