Recently my daughter moved from her crib as a daybed to a big girl bed. The crib was seven years old and she was ready for a bigger bed, even though I was not ready to pack up the crib. Shopping for a bed for her was hard though! She doesn’t have a big room and as a girl I knew she’d have sleep overs in the future. I wanted a bed that had storage underneath and one that she could use for sleepovers basically and while it sounds simple enough, it was hard to find!
Luckily I came across Factory Bunk Beds and they had exactly what I needed and at the price I wanted! I chose the Discovery World Furniture Honey Bookcase Captains Bed Twin. It featured the color, size and price I wanted.
I will say I was skeptical of buying a large piece of furniture online but it worked out perfect for me. At first, I did some research online and found a few articles on the best-rated bunk bed mattresses and what to look for when shopping online. I received the bed in about a week from when from I ordered it and it came packaged well. I did have to schedule the delivery which they called me to set-up. The bed came in four boxes and I chose curbside delivery which was free, and honestly the driver used his pallet to bring the boxes right up to my door for me.

Free shipping and no sales tax (unless your in Florida) makes the price even more affordable! The set came with everything I needed to set up. I had my own mattress to use but yes they even have mattresses available. Installation took my husband and dad just a few hours, some of the pieces (the drawers) were even already put together. As far as the quality goes, its good. Its not cheap wood and its not great, its average which is what you pay for. I am using this for my almost 3 year old and I expect her to use it for many years.
