Wordless Wednesday: Pregnant Barbie

Okay so she isn’t a real Barbie brand Barbie, but rather her name is Judith.  She was super cool and rare and I just found here in my attic.  I was cleaning up all my old dolls for Olivia to play with and Judith’s legs broke off, bummer.  Super cool though how she had a little baby doll in her tummy with a plastic belly cover that snapped on and off.  Her belly even went flat when you took the baby out!

  • Can't say I've ever seen a doll like this one! Definitely a combination of weird and intriguing.

  • Wow .. I've seen this before its just so funny..
Did they sell these as actual toys to kids at one point .. I know its the cycle of life and all but a kids toy .. I just don't know how I feel about this..
