Gearing Up For Soccer Season With Fisher-Price {Reviews}

Disclosure:  I received these products to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

Soccer season is in full swing here and Fisher-Price has come out with some great products whether your child likes soccer or your just looking for some new fun toys.  From kids as young as 6 months up to 7 years old, kids can still enjoy Fisher-Price.

Fisher-Price Laugh and Learn Singin Soccer Ball

ARP: $14.99 |Ages 6-36 months

  • The perfect way for parents to introduce their infants to ABCs, counting and more—all while encouraging the motor skills and fun of soccer
  • Offers three modes of play: learning, music and imagination
  • The soft, baby-friendly ball is easy to grasp and roll, with fun sounds, songs and tunes to encourage play

This is an adorable ball for both boys and girls, sports fans or not.  It plays music, says different phrases and is soft for little hands.  The ball is very kid-friendly.  My absolute favorite feature is it is machine washable!  Yes just remove the battery compartment and you can toss this ball in the washing machine!  So many soft toys are spot-clean only which is a pain with sticky, grubby little hands!  We had a ball like this with my first son and it was hard which was nice to clean but not something easily played with by my little one.  Soft definitely is nicer!  With the low price of $15 it is definitely a good value!

Fisher-Price Super Sounds Soccer

ARP: $32.00 | Ages 2-7 years

  • Great for bigger kids ready to step onto the field and score the game-winning goal
  • A soccer net that also includes targets and cool sound effects, Super Sounds Soccer will let boys and girls celebrate that game-winning goal
  • With two levels of play beginners score fun sounds each time they hit the net, while more advanced players have to hit the target to hear the announcer shout “Gooaalll”!

I wasn’t sure what my kids would think of this soccer net as we have other simple soccer nets but my kids love it.  It is a simple net but then you attach the piece that makes it electronic.  It is a small bullseye target for kids to kick the included soccer ball at it.  When you hit the target, it makes fun sounds and announces “goal!”  If your kid wants it removed, you can easily snap it off. My 6 year old just started Soccer and this has been perfect for him to practice aiming in the center of the net or the sides.  We set this up in our basement and I see it being the perfect toy to cure winter boredom here.  Setting up was very easy and it is a lot bigger than I expected.  I’d recommend this Fisher-Price net for anyone!

Fisher-Price Dora the Explorer Everyday Adventure Doll – Soccer

ARP: $10.99 | Ages 3+ years

  • For young fans not quite ready to lace up their cleats, they can follow all the action and cheer for their favorite team with Dora
  • Dressed and ready for the big game you can style Dora’s hair and shoes; and with moveable arms and legs, help Dora cheer along with all of the excitement

This is a small doll (about 8 inches) but she is also affordable for any Dora fan.  She is not anything fancy but again she is affordable at $11 retail.  She is somewhat poseable and at hard plastic, she is durable as well.  My daughter loves her hair the best as it is super soft and easy to brush.  I was surprised though that she didn’t come with a little soccer ball, although we probably would have lost the soccer ball anyways.  My daughter will be bringing her “soccer Dora” to her brother’s upcoming soccer games this season!
