VTech InnoTab Game Review: I Spy Adventure

Disclosure:  I received the product below to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

I Spy Adventure Tablet

Released: August 2014

Studio:  VTech

I SPY® Adventure is packed with fun! Practice early reading skills as you read and solve I SPY riddles and play games to unlock 50 levels of play—each more challenging than the next! Find, match and sort a variety of photo-realistic objects across four games that build logic, vocabulary and visual discrimination skills. You’ll also encounter exciting surprises, power-ups and more! I spy a fun-filled adventure!

For ages 4 to 7

This game is perfect to grow with kids.  It has tons of levels that you work your way through from Easy to Difficult.  I was surprised how many levels there are in the game in the various activities.  From the traditional I Spy to pattern matching, there is a lot to keep kids busy!  My boys ages 6 and 7 love the game and it has revived the InnoTab for them.  I will say the one drawback I found is that you have to unlock the easy levels before you get to the hard ones.  This can be a pain for older kids as they may get bored going through the easy levels.  I know my 7 year old thought it was too easy and was getting frustrated with the easy ones.  For younger kids (more around 4 years old) this is perfect because it will grow with them.  Its a great game to pass the time and work your child’s brain!

BUY IT:  You can buy “I Spy Adventure Tablet” for Vtech InnTab (will work with any of the InnoTab versions) for a ssuggestedretail price of $24.99 from VTech or find it on Amazon.

  • This would be so great for my grandchildren. We have different ages levels here so we could let the littles one play until the levels are too hard and just keep passing it to our older kids. This would work out so well.

  • VTech has the coolest things for kids! Back when my son was little, they were just getting started and had a few things. They have so much more and the prices are better now too. :)

  • I Spy was always a hit at house. We have had several books and even a board game. I will have to share this with my sister. Her son is getting into the whole I Spy thing right now.
