My two favorite holidays have always been Halloween and Christmas and when I became a mom I started to love them even more. Seeing my children’s faces as they dress up as their favorite characters or open up presents makes my heart melt. I remember all three of my kids first Halloweens and I admit I still have the costumes they wore because I couldn’t part with them. To me Halloween isn’t just about candy but its a chance to dress up like your faovrite character and be someone else for one night. As a child I remember embracing my inner rock star, witch, cheerleader and even Raggedy Ann, and now my boys are superheros and my daughter a princess. Even though they dress up throughout the year, on Halloween it makes it a little cooler since everyone is dressing up.
