1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (I used the one in the plastic container, not fresh)
2 teaspoons Italian-like seasoning (I used Mrs. Dash because that is what I had on hand)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup milk
3 medium zucchini, cut into fry-shaped strips
Ranch dressing for serving, optional
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, and seasonings in one bowl. Then pour the milk in another bowl.
Dip zucchini strips first in milk, then coat in the crumb mixture. Place fries on your baking sheet and bake at 425F for about 20 minutes or until fries are crispy and golden-brown.
Cool fries and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
