Cruising Around on the Mobo Tot Disney∙Pixar Cars – Lightning McQueen {Review}

An ergonomically-designed ride-on toy for kids?  I’m talking about the Mobo Tot and just in time for Christmas there is the Mobo Tot Disney∙Pixar Cars – Lightning McQueen edition.  Like I said the Mobo Tot is ergonomically-designed but it is also a safe and durable ride for little explorers.  Kids ages 2 to 5 years old can enjoy the Mobo Tot as it has an adjustable frame so it can last a few years for them.

What did my 3 year old daughter think of the Mobo Tot Disney∙Pixar Cars – Lightning McQueen?

She loves it!  Going from her tricycle to the Mobo Tot is a perfect transition.  She thinks she is so cool cruising around on it and now her older brothers are asking for their own Mobo Cruiser!  I like that she is centered on the cruiser and still working her arms for steering and legs for driving.  It is great for hand-eye coordination and increasing arm and leg muscle strength.  Oh and its kid-powered so no worrying about charging anything.

What are some other features we love?

• No chain to worry about falling off
• Safety flag included for visibility – important because the tot is cruising love to the ground
• No balance needed – perfect if they are not ready for a two-wheeler
• Can be pedaled backwards
• Sturdy, steel design
• Weight capacity is 100 lbs.
• Hand-brake
• Never flat tires

As far as set up goes, my husband had this ready to go in no time.  I love the design of this and my daughter has been cruising on it everyday.  I only wish it was able to be folded up for storage as it is kinda big to store and maybe a basket or something to store kids necessities (sippy, plush…).  If you have kids of different sizes too it is super easy to adjust without a tool.  The red Lighting McQueen design I feel is great for both boys and girls. Overall, I’d recommend this for any toddler so they can grow with their new ride.
