Customizable Metal Cars Thanks to Modarri {Review}

Disclosure:  I received the product below to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

While my oldest still plays with his regular die cast cars, I can tell he is getting bored of them.  He wants  a challenge and a way to really build his own cars.  Well Modarri is a company that offers just that!  Kids can mix and match and build their own vehicles with their chaasis, hood/windshield, seat pan, fenders, suspension, wheels and frame being able to be switched out.  Each car comes with its own hex tool to unscrew and remove. Kids can design the car they want by switching out the pieces all the way down to the suspension then put it together with a hex tool, rather than snapping it together as if it was plastic.

What makes Modarri Cars Different?

  • They have real suspension, real steering, high grip tires and durable construction
  • They have a finger sized bucket seat perfect for driving with one finger in the seat, yes you drive them with a finger.
  • Comes with the tool required to customize them
  • They have retained socket head screws which means the screws don’t come out so you don’t have to worry about loosing them
  • Designed that kids and adults will want to play with them and customize them
  • With the three pack there are thousands of unique possible car combinations and with all seven cars there are over a hundred million unique combinations
  • Made with a real metal frame and metal screws
  • Built to withstand hours of play
  • The cars are free of BPA, PVC, Phthalates, Lead and other worrisome materials.

These cars are customizable cars that older kids and adults would enjoy.  We’ve had plastic cars you snap together and I look at these like the next step.  The real tool and metal material makes them stand out.  I got the chance to check out the Three-Pack of Modarri cars which includes T1, s1, and X1 cars.  It is a perfect starter pack because it gives you three cars to mix and match the cars parts up.

Here are some of the parts off:

You can even unscrew the bottom parts:

This is one design:

Here are the two cars mixed up:

You can even take out the little seat and switch it out:

Tires too:

I was amazed at how much you can customize on these cars.  The Hex tool is super easy to use and I absolutely love that the screws don’t come out!  My boys are 6 and 7 and they sit for hours and customize their cars and then zoom them around.  They are unlike other cars they have owned and these are a toy they will own long past their “toy days.”
