The New Savings Program Launched at Jewel-Osco @JewelOsco #MyMixx

It seems like every store I go nowadays has an app, an email newsletter or some other way for consumers to get a deal. Well Jewel-Osco has jumped on the bandwagon and launched an app called MyMixx that is full of coupons, a shopping list, recipes and more. No more clipping coupons at home to save money, now you can just tap a few buttons on your phone and virtually clip coupons! I absolutely love that they offer this because ever since I became a mom I have been awful at clipping coupons. I used to be so good at making my grocery lists and organizing my coupons and now I am lucky if I even get the chance to look at the sales flyers.

So how does it work?

First, you sign up for a MyMixx account. Its free of course. This allows you to save items to your shopping list, save receipts, save recipes, virtually clip coupons to use and more!

After your account is set up, the app is super easy to use! Everything is just a few taps away and it is all saved for you. It really couldn’t get much easier! I love that while I am sitting in line waiting for my daughter to come out from school I can “clip” coupons to use later or even browse recipes. You can even then add ingredients right from the recipe to your shopping list!

So with the MyMixx app no more scissors, scraps of paper, forgetting to bring coupons with or even browsing cookbooks. The app has everything built right in!

How did I do with my first trip to Jewel-Osco using MyMixx? I saved a total of $40.36, not all of it was from the MyMixx app but some were. Like the $5 off a $100 purchase or the $1. 50 off Eight O’Clock Coffee. Love how simple it is to save money on items I actually need!
