Bunnies!!!, by Tickle Monster illustrator Kevan Atteberry, is perfect for fans of Mo Willems and Sandra Boynton.

This is a super cute picture book about a monster who gets excited when he sees bunnies.  He doesn’t realize they think he is going to eat them, he is just excited to see them!  He goes along say “Hi” to things throughout the woods and then gets sad because he is alone.  Once the bunnies realize he is harmless (don’t judge a book by its cover) they go say Hi back to him!  The illustrations are colorful and my 3 year old laughs and laughs when I read this book, of course using a monster voice.
