A nice hot bath
I sweep putting it on my feet
I like to unwind by reading a book or to watch some tv in my jammies with my cat beside me on the bed and my dog laying on my feet :)
I head to my bed with a bowl of popcorn and watch tv.
I watch my TV show and put some lavender oil on my feet to help me sleep.
I like to have a nice cozy blanket and watch a movie or one of my favorite TV shows.
