Nestle and PEANUTS Team Up For Easter!

Disclosure:  I received products and compensation in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

Did you know that Easter ranks as the nation’s second to-selling candy holiday? (according to the National Confectioners Association)

I know for my family we buy a lot of candy for my three kids, or rather the Easter bunny bring a lot of candy for my kids.  Nestle is a brand that I grew up and now my own kids love.  My favorite has always been KitKat bars and Crunch bars, while my husband is a huge Butterfinger fan.  My kids honestly love anything sweet or chocolatey.

Luckily Nestle makes it easy to help out the Easter bunny as they have so many great products perfect for either stuffing eggs, stuffing baskets or just because treats!  They have also partnered with Charles Schulz’s beloved Peanuts franchise to create some whimsical treats featuring Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the whole Peanuts gang!

New Nestlé Easter products include:

NEW! Nestlé Crunch Snoopy – The beloved Snoopy comes to life with the Nestlé Crunch Snoopy “bunny.” Classic Nestlé Crunch chocolate takes the shape of everyone’s favorite PEANUTS character creating the perfect Easter basket addition. (MSRP $3.49, 4.5 oz)

NEW! Nestlé Crunch Sharable Medallion – Getting in on the fun are the Nestlé Crunch Sharable Medallions – happiness is sharing these bite sized chocolate pieces with friends and family. (MSRP $0.49, 1.2 oz)

NEW! Nestlé Crunch Creamy Caramel NestEggs – There are many ways Nestlé Crunch can be combined with complimentary flavors and the Nestlé Crunch Filled NestEggs with Creamy Caramel are a delicious example. Taking the familiar taste of Nestlé Crunch and combining it with rich, creamy caramel makes for the tastiest Easter eggs ever! (MSRP $2.99, 10 oz)

NEW! SweeTARTS Chewy Sours – For some, nothing satisfies like sour candy! New this year is SweeTARTS Chewy Sours, which are made with no artificial flavors and deliver every bit the sour kick needed for an exciting holiday treat. (MSRP $2.29, 12 oz)

This year Nestle is providing chocolate lovers something they can feel good about, other than the amazing taste of their chocolates.  Nestle is expanding its commitment to sustainable cocoa by buying enough certified, sustainable cocoa to produce its entire Easter chocolate collection!  The Easter collection is just another step towards the Nestle Cocoa Plan goal of making its US produced chocolate products from sustainable cocoa.

According to a recent survey, nearly 80% of consumers said they would prefer to purchase chocolate products made with sustainable cocoa if it were easier to find and not more costly.  Nestle is even taking the dime when it comes to the extra cost by committing themselves to not passing the extra costs to the consumers.  They wanted affordable sustainable cocoa products to be a reality for consumers this Easter.
