Amazing Fresh Handmade Cosmetics From Lush #LushTime {Review}

I like to think I am in the know about products today, but every now and then someone I know surprises me with a product that I cannot wait to try.  Lush is a company that I heard first from my 17 year old sister.  My sister is young with amazing skin and she only swears by Lush.

What is Lush?

Lush is a company that has invented their own products and fragrances using little or no preservatives or packaging.  Their big feature is they use only vegetarian ingredients and they tell you when they were made!  They believe in making effective product made from fresh organic fruits and vegetables, the finest essential oils and safe synthetics.  They use only ingredients that are not tested on animals.  Lush even invents their own products and fragrances, with the mission to make people happy.

I had actually never heard of Lush until my 17 year old sister raved to me about them.  Her local mall has a Lush store and she is a regular customer there.  I was complaining one day about my skin and lack of good bath products and she told me about Lush.  Since I don’t have a store here I went to the Lush website to browse.  I was amazed at how many products for all different occasions they have.

Face masks, bath bombs, products filled with exotic ingredients sounds beyond relaxing to me. Being a mother of some wild children calls for a day of reenergizing my body. I had to get my hand on some of these goodies. Let me tell you that when Lush sent me some of their most popular items, the first thing I noticed was the strong aroma and I instantly fell in love. I received Mask of Magnaminty, Ocean Salt Scrub, Dream Cream, Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner, 2 Bath Bombs, and 2 Bubble Bars.

That night I had a hot bath running and I crumbled in the Bubble Bar called “A French Kiss”. The scent of lavender and luscious bubbles filled the tub.

While in the tub, I smoothed on some “Mask of Magnaminty” on my face which is packed with peppermint and I could feel as it was getting deep down into my pores and cleansing my skin. I never felt so tranquilized while taking a hot bath before.

After I hopped out of the bath, I smoothed on some “Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner” which is full of cocoa butter, Argan oil, and many more enticing ingredients. Just like it says on the pot; ” Indulgence has never smelled so sweet”. My skin felt so soft and I couldn’t believe after just one use what the difference it made!

The next morning I used the “Ocean Salt scrub” on my face, the salt is a little rough but if you rub gentally in circular motions then wash off, your face will feel silky smooth.

The “Dream Cream” is perfect for your hands especially in the winter when their in some dyer need for moisture.

These products have yet to disappoint me and I will definitely be going to lush when I’m in need of an escape.  We are in the middle of a bath remodel and once my bath tub is finished I can’t wait to enjoy some Lush bath bombs.  My sister raves about how amazing the bombs are and honestly I need something a lot more grown up than my kids bath bubble soap!
