What Goes Around…Comes Around & Fun Family Games {Review}

Disclosure:  I received the product below to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

Before kids my husband and I used to play games every night.  Life caught up with us and fast forward to today and now our kids are starting to enjoy family game night.  I am always on the look out for a good family game and I recently came across a company that makes a whole bunch of good ones.

Set Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company with a global presence that has been selling games for over 20 years now.  They sell award-winning family and educational games all across America and in over 30 countries around the world.

One of Set Enterprises newer games has already has received tons of awards and recognitions.  Karma is an elimination game where What Goes Around…Comes Around! It is a card game created for families who enjoy friendly competition!

The game is pretty addicting!  It is a cross between Rummy and Uno.  Once you read the directions, they are very easy to follow and the game is sell explanatory.  You need to be the player who gets rid of all of his cards first from both his hand and table pile.  Players work their way through their hand and the draw pile then have to work on their table cards.  What makes the game really fun though is the Karma cards which basically mess up the next player.  You can have them pick up the whole discard pile which adds all those cards to that player, force them to play a low card or switch up the top card of the discard pile.  You do need to beware though because a Karma card can be played back on you – What Goes Around…Comes Around!  Other than needing to read what the four different Karma cards say, I would say any child around 6 and up can play.  My son is 6 and understands the game, he just needs help with the Karma cards.

Karma is a game though that is perfect for kids and families as well as adults!  I have played it with both my kids and with just my husband, it is the perfect game to unwind to! It can be played with anywhere from 2 to 6 kids or even 12 if you combine two decks of cards.  I love card games and this one is a great one with just a little bit of spice! The game is small enough that it is easily stored and transported, no pieces other than the cards.  Perfect for traveling with! I see bringing Karma with us while we travel around this Summer!

Here is a video showing how the game is played:

I also received a few other games from SET that I am slipping in my kid’s Easter baskets:

These games are small card games as well that are perfect for traveling and quick family fun.  The games are for ages 3, 5 and 6 (and up) year olds.  They are all for ages 2 and up and perfect for family game night.  I love how SET makes games for different ages so everyone in the family can play!

BUY IT:  Check out Karma direct from SET Enterprises for $12.99 or look for it wherever games are sold.

WIN IT:  (1) US winner will receive the game Karma
