Stocking Up for the Summer at Walmart’s Stock Up & Save Event

During the summer I am home with three kids and the last thing I want to do is go grocery shopping.  During the school year it is no big deal because I can run out while they are in school but the summer means the only shopping I can do alone is after dinner when my husband is home.

So in a way to avoid shopping late at night, I like to stock up where I can.  My husband has joked before that I was stocking up for an apocoluse because of all the goods I had purchased but honestly I hate grocery shopping. I am all about stocking up in one trip rather than going on multiple shopping trips.

Well just in time for warmer weather, Walmart has launched their Stock and Save Event. Now through April 30th, select P&G household essentials are on sale at Walmart. So not only do consumers get to take advantage of the guaranteed low prices from Walmart but also limited-time rollbacks on P&G products.

For me there are two products I go through a lot of over the summer, toilet paper and paper towels.  My house tends to be the house where all the kids hang out at so yeah we go through a lot of paper products. What is nice is stocking up on toilet paper and paper towels now means I don’t have to worry about running out anytime soon and I can use our budget for other essentials.
