Day 4 {George Town, Grand Cayman} on the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas Ship {Review} @RoyalCaribbean #FreedomOfTheSeas

Disclosure: I received this trip in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

For Day 4 we landed in George Town, Grand Cayman.  It was our third port of call and we were ready for some water fun!

First we started with breakfast on our balcony delivered via room service (which yes is free!)

Then we were off. George Town is a tender port which means you have to take a little boat to shore since there is no pier for the boat to dock at. Its not bad though and a nice quick boat ride.

So what do in George Town, Grand Cayman?

We snorkeled with tropical dish, we felt stingrays at Stingray City and we hung out at Seven Mile Beach (which we found out that due to natural disasters is actually not quite seven miles anymore.)

We had a snack when we got back to the ship at the pizza place in the promenade. It is yep you guessed it, free!

Dinner was a formal night tonight (we had two total) and we not only got all dressed up pretty but also had a great menu as usual.

Oh and our nightly towel animal courtesy of our Royal Caribbean stateroom attendant:

  • I've been on luncheon cruises & dinner cruises, but never on a cruise like this! I would love to go on a cruise like this one - where it seems like every port you landed on had something to see and had fun while doing it!! The water is crystal clear! I would never have thought that one could hold a stingray like that! I probably would have freaked and swam away from it as fast as I could!
My vacation would include water FUN. I LOVE water FUN!!
I would have never thought that anything was free on a cruise, but ya fooled me! FREE FOOD?? This would give me more money to spend on souvenirs and such. This definitely would be an ideal vacation and a great bunch of memories for a family!! Thanks for sharing this!! I would have never known these things without your reviews!

  • WOW!! what a vacation, everything looks so beautiful and you can see everyone having such a wonderful time, And all the food looks delicious! and how cute is that towel :)

  • Someday I'd love to take a cruise. Until then, I'll live vicariously through you!
Looks like it was a great time, especially the snorkeling. The food looks delish.

  • This looks and sounds like so much fun. I couldn't believe how clear the water was. So pretty! The food looked fantastic and I loved that room service was free.
