Getting Costumes, Decor and Dress-Up Fun From Costume Express

My kids love to dress up and any chance they get to, they jump at it. Whether they are performing with the neighborhood kids a play they made up, dressing up for a show we are attending or of course Halloween – all three of my kids love dressing up. We actually have a big bin of dress up clothes and costumes I have accumulated that they mix and match but of course they are always looking for new stuff.

This year when talking about costumes with my kids for Halloween, we talked about doing a family theme. In the past we tried but never could agree on anything but this year Pirates was something we all thought of. Luckily CostumeExpress made it not only easily to find costumes for all of us but they featured costumes we all actually wanted! I thought of Pirates too because we are considering a Disney cruise next year and I heard they have a Pirates night that everyone dresses up for.

My family is still working on our costumes as far as makeup, shoes and pants but here is my Pirate gang so far:

The costumes are what I’d expect from costumes. They are simple to wear costumes but they do have special touches on them. Like the belts and embellishments give them that extra special touch to make them more than cheap costumes. I also think the quality will last past just a one-time wear on Halloween. These will be perfect for Halloween then dressing up for future pirate fun. I love though that I was able to get a costume for all five of us that follows a theme in just a few minutes of searching.
