Every month I get some great books from Parragon books that my family gets to enjoy. The latest books I received were hits as expected.

So what books did I get?
$3.99 – Paperback Book
Forgetful Dory is very happy living in the ocean with her friends, Marlin and Nemo. But one day, memories of her long-forgotten parents come flooding back to her. With the help of old friends and new, including Hank the octopus, can Dory finally discover her past? Read the story and complete the scenes with your stickers!
This is an adorable sticker book that is an excellent value for what you get. There are four pages of stickers in the back and throughout the book there are lighter parts showing the pictures which is where the child would put the sticker over. Very easy for kids and better yet, if they don’t want to put the stickers in the book then they don’t have to since the pages look fine without them (whereas some sticker books have blank spots where stickers go this book just lightens the picture.) You also get a free Disney Digital Storybook for the Disney StoryCentral App which is awesome, they usually cost a few dollars and with the low price of this book its even better. Nice that they offer that, you just input the code found inside the book. Perfect for any child who loves Dory, fish or just loves stickers!

Follow Dory on her ocean adventure as she sets out to find her family. Meet the residents of the Marine Life Institute, draw a picture of your best pals, and choose what ocean creature you d like to be. There s so much to do and discover inside!
This book is kinda like a Dory diary for kids. The book has fun facts and blurbs throughout it for kids but then there are tons of prompts with questions for kids. The prompts are great because they get kids thinking about specific things rather than trying to come up with something from scratch. “Write down your biggest dreams, hopes and wishes here.” “Dream Job, Dream Vacation, Dream Home.” Dream diary. Quizzes. Design fishes. Different languages. Spots to color. Family fun.
I think this book would be for a child who can read and write well, probably at least 7 or 8 years old. It would be a cute first diary for a Finding Dory fan. It could be cute for younger kids but they would definitely need help with it. It is puffy hardcover and has a string to keep it closed. It would make a perfect keepsake. I think my 5 year old is too young and wouldn’t use it right so I am saving it for another year or so for her.
