50% Fluffier Buttermilk Pancakes at Denny’s!

I am a Denny’s ambassador and will receive compensation and products in exchange for sharing this information and my honest opinion.

In my house, my husband is the breakfast cooker. He makes pancakes and bacon every weekend and he even makes enough that we have leftovers all week. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate it and the pancakes are good but they are typical pancakes.

Well Denny’s might be some real competition for moms, dads and grandma’s classic homemade creations with their new Buttermilk Pancakes! Yes Denny’s has reinvented their pancakes using fresh ingredients including real eggs, fresh buttermilk and a hint of vanilla. All the pancakes are mixed to order and bring distinctive diner flavors to Denny’s guests.

What made Denny’s reinvent their pancakes?

Well John Dillon, chief marketing officer for Denny’s, said he continuously received feedback that majority of people think the best pancakes are actually those made by themselves, friends or family right at home. So Denny’s decided to create a recipe that was so good it would even top those being made in kitchens across the country.

These new pancakes go alongside with Denny’s commitment to improving food quality and flavor to create a better guest experience. In addition to the pure ingredients and classic flavors of their new pancakes, they are also 50 percent fluffier! No more flat or thin pancakes!

Like pancakes with flair?

Denny’s has created four limited-time Signature Builds for guests to satisfy their sweet and savory cravings. Denny’s youngest diner’s can even experience junior versions of the pancakes with junior versions on the Denny’s Kids Menu!

The limited-time flavors include: Sticky Bun Pancake Breakfast, Strawberries & Cream Pancake Breakfast, Double Berry Banana Pancake Breakfast and Peanut Butter Cup Pancake Breakfast.

Need help telling your loved one that their pancakes are now second best?

Denny’s has created the Pancake Rejection Simulator where guests can practice telling loved ones their pancakes are now second best. This is pretty hysterical and I highly recommend checking it out for a laugh!

I haven’t made it over to our Denny’s yet to try these pancakes but now that I know about these pancakes being so amazing I honestly can’t stop thinking about them! They do look and sound pretty amazing!

What do you think of Denny’s reinventing their pancakes?

  • I love the food at Denny's. It is so good. I want to try out the fluffier Buttermilk pancakes that they have with the kids.

  • I think it's good when companies are always striving to improve their products. Those pancakes look really indulgent! It's great that your husband makes breakfast for everyone on the weekends and makes enough for the week. That's very kind of him.
