Get 30g of Protein in a Premier Protein Shake & Save at Costco

As a mom on the go, I am constantly looking for ways to get the nutrition I need. I struggle with picking up fast food while I’m out because of its convenience. Well last year one of my Costco trips lead me to a product that I am still using a year later. Premier Protein Shakes are jam packed with goodness and are my favorite drink for on-the-go. The reason I bought them first off was the big, bold 30g Protein on the package.

That is a whole lot of protein which is essential to a healthy body and active lifestyle. I think the most protein I have ever seen is 12 grams so when I saw 30g I was amazed! Protein is also great for satisfying hunger cravings, which means I snack less.
