Did you know that a large amount of foot problems can be related to toe flexibility? Its silly to think about how by not stretching toes can cause major problems, but it is a problem. I have been wearing the Envelop Toe Separators daily now for an hour or so while I work at the computer. You get two of them in the package so you can do both feet at once, much better I think that waiting for one at a time. It took me a few days to get used to the feeling of separating my toes but once I did, it has been easy to wear. I wasn’t sure either how I’d like having my toes separated but I have found it does really stretch them out. I feel like I am constantly cracking my toes or pulling them to stretch them, this product does that for me in a more natural way. I don’t have any real issues or pains with my feet currently other than the feeling that I need to stretch them out, I can see these though benefiting those with painful issues. It doesn’t hurt to wear these, just more so getting used to them.
