When I was younger, my favorite holiday to celebrate at school was Valentine’s Day. I mean you got to give out cute little cards and there was usually candy involved. We also got to make a mailbox to store all of our cards, which I thought was so cool.

Now that I have my own kids I love sharing my love for Valentine’s Day with them. I let them pick out their own Valentine’s Day cards and I help out in the class parties where I can. It is hard though to find fun and unique Valentine’s Day cards that really pop out at my kids. All the cards available seem to feature a character from a show or are too babyish for my older boys.

Each set of cards feature 28 cards in the pack so you will have enough for your child’s entire classroom. So yes the packs cost more than you might pay otherwise but cheap traditional packs at stores usually only contain 12-24 cards, which means you might need to buy an extra box just for a few cards.

I picked out cards with my kids and the only problem we had was narrowing down our choices! From scratch & Sniff to Spinners to stickers and games, the Peaceable Kingdom Valentine’s Day cards are seriously super cool. Even with three kids of varying ages and interests, we were able to find exactly what each of my kids wanted.

My 10 year old chose the Cookies & Cream Scratch & Sniff Cards because chocolate of course! He is so excited to give them out and thinks its so cool that they actually smell yummy.

My 8 year old choose the Tic Tac Toe Valentine’s Day Cards because he loves games, especially Tic Tac Toe! Its such a cool card that can be played with for a quick fun game! The pieces are cardboard that can be re-used on the card and stored in the envelope.

My 5 year old had the hardest time because there are so many cute ones, but finally choose the Fairy Magic Rainbow Lens Cards. These cards show off a rainbow when you hold it up to the light. While they are somewhat girly, I think even the boys are going to enjoy seeing the rainbows!

The cards are all high quality and ones that I know will be a hit with my children’s classrooms. My daughter is especially excited since this is her first Valentine’s Day party in elementary school. The designs make me wish I could still give out and receive cards!
