We set an egg timer for the girls to brush their teeth thoroughly. We also avoid soda and sweets.
My has her child brush after every meal and before bed
well the one good thing about having only one bathroom is you always know what they are up to , hahah! we do havea chart though!
I found out that the interactive 'singing' toothbrushes that are on a timer really help getting young ones excited about brushing.
We have a pattern that we stick to.
I always gotta remind my kids, but they brush, floss & gargle 2 times a day! No cavities yet!!
We added a little sand timer to the bathroom which helps them brush for long enough.
