  1. We set an egg timer for the girls to brush their teeth thoroughly. We also avoid soda and sweets.

    well the one good thing about having only one bathroom is you always know what they are up to , hahah! we do havea chart though!

  4. I found out that the interactive ‘singing’ toothbrushes that are on a timer really help getting young ones excited about brushing.

    I always gotta remind my kids, but they brush, floss & gargle 2 times a day! No cavities yet!!

  7. We added a little sand timer to the bathroom which helps them brush for long enough.

  10. I keep my kids on track by having them brush their teeth and use mouth wash twice a day and I change their toothbrushes every three months.

    Our morning routine is vitamins and brushing and they brush throughout the day on their own then I check after nightly brush and mouth wash.

    I just try to get them to brush twice a day and go to the dentist every 6 months.

    I made sure to start teeth brushing since his first tooth came in so he doesn’t know anything different. So, at 2 1/2, he just knows it’s a part if his day/night routine.

    my girl has a retainer so well it’s very important for her to brush her teeth 2 x a day she gets up in the morning and brushes her teeth and at night too and even some times after lunch in the noon as well

    I’m not going to lie I’ve let the ball slip with keeping my kids on track and it resulted in lot’s of cavities. Now we have eliminated candy except on occasion, the kids brush their teeth twice a day and they use a fluouride rinse.

    My daughter sets a timer for my granddaughter, so that she brushes long enough.

  34. They have to brush before bed, they whine they are tired, so the next night bed earlier to make sure they aren’t too tired to brush teeth.
