Did you know St. Patrick’s Day is more than just corned beef and leprechauns? My family usually wears green, has corned beef and cabbage and makes a leprechaun trap.
We used to live in a very Irish-proud neighborhood that had a huge St. Patrick’s Day parade. It was such a fun parade for both us and our kids!
Oh and honestly it is not St. Patrick’s Day without a shamrock shake (or five) from McDonald’s.
March is the time to celebrate the life of St. Patrick, he is the patron saint of Ireland who helped introduce Ireland to Christianity. There is actually a whole history behind how St. Patrick’s Day came about.

I like to eat corned beef and cabbage.
Corned beef & Cabbage & everything is green
I wear green.
I always make corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick's day, although now my girls are all grown and moved out. My husband will eat the cabbage and other veggies, but not the corned beef, so I have cut down the size of the piece of meat I make and have to make him some sausage or something else. It was always more fun when my girls were here to share the meal!
We usually don't do anything
I don't usually do anything for St. Patrick's. Our community doesn't have a large celebration.
We drink green beer with friends.
we have Irish-Italian festival at our church
We have a corned beef & cabbage dinner.
I do not do anything different for St Patrick's Day.
