To help ease the discomfort and pain associated with swollen feet, legs, and ankles, purchase a quality pair of slippers and keep them by your bedside. This will also ensure you are ready for those countless midnight bathroom runs you are going to have.

6. Keep Prenatal Vitamins Nearby

It’s essential to keep your prenatal vitamins nearby when you are pregnant. Try to take them in the evening, rather than early in the morning. These can help with morning sickness significantly.
