I received this car for one week to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.
As a mom of three kids in travel sports, I am on the go a lot. A reliable and big car is a must-have for my family. When I started driving I had a compact car, then moved to an SUV and finally a minivan. I have always been an SUV lover though and the 2020 Chevrolet Equinox was a perfect ride for my family of five for the week.
Roomy for five. While the SUV I drove only seated five, there was a good-sized trunk and plenty of legroom.
Plenty of outlets to charge phones and even a regular plug which is super nice. I once plugged in a crockpot in my minivan while we drove to a family party so I could cook mac and cheese while driving!
Speaking of charging, this car also wireless charging which works with most of the newer phones. No fiddling with cords, just rest your phone on the charger.
Breathable and comfortable seating which is must especially for sweaty kids after sports!
Decent on gas. I feel like for an SUV, I drove around a lot for the week. I especially like how the range tells me how many miles I have left before I run out of gas.
Great navigation system. I have driven a lot of cars and a good navigation is a must for me since I am always on the go. I need a navigation system that I can put in addresses quickly and be on my way – this system did that.
Lots of random storage – perfect for snacks and stuff to keep me busy while on run.
Great reminders pop up!
Finally, a great sized trunk. I judge trunks by how hockey bags fit back there and I was able to fit two hockey bags back there, which if you don’t know hockey bags are big!
