Recipe: Hormel Pepperoni English Muffin Pizza

As a kid my mom would make fun but simple meals for us and Hormel Pepperoni English Muffin Pizzas were one of them. It was fun for us kids because we got to make our own personal pizzas.

Ingredients:

• English muffins
• Pasta sauce
• Mozzarella cheese
• Toppings: Hormel pepperoni (mini ones work best), veggies…

Recipe:

• Take half an English muffin and cover with red sauce
• Add cheese and toppings
• Toast in the oven or toaster oven for 5-10 minutes at 400 degrees. It depends on which you use (toaster oven or big oven) as they tend to cook at different times.
