Soft Corduroy Fabric Plushes From Les Deglingos

I have always loved corduroy fabric. Something about the ridges yet soft material always made me want to keep running my hands back and forth on it. I remember having corduroy pants and a coat when I was younger but never a plush toy.

Well back around 2007, Laurent Manceron from France launched Les Déglingos and was the first designer to design plushes using corduroy. Crazy that it took that long but he definitely has it perfected. Les Déglingos are made with the softest corduroy fabric. The product line includes plushes to early learning toys, backpacks, accessories, and more.

The best part though of the Déglingos are that they are machine washable in cold/warm water. I think all baby and children’s toys should be easily cleaned (hello, germs!) and machine washable is even better.

I got to check out a few Les Déglingos Big Simply sets and they are simply adorable. I can definitely see why they were given the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Platinum Best Toy Award.

Honestly I love these little plushes! The corduroy fabric is truly super soft and I love that these little guys can stand up on their own. They can be used as display in a nursery or sitting up for playtime. The container is perfect for storage or displaying. I was even thinking just the container on a shelf would be adorable and then giving the plush to the child to play with. Luckily they are machine washable so they will stay clean and fresh.
