Sharks are an animal species that has both totally fascinated me and terrified me. I love movies and books about sharks and have seem them in aquariums but the thought of seeing one in real life is crazy. My 10-year-old daughter now loves sharks like me but for her she loves reading about them mostly. Luckily National Geographic Kids has us covered with so many shark-tastic books. She loves soaking it all in about all animals.
National Geographic is a favorite of ours because their books are full of photos and facts. They are books too that can be picked up and browsed rather than read cover to cover, which we don’t always have time for.
